"Our key concerns re the property: - We may have missed it when we confirmed our booking, but when we arrived we found there was a GBP 12.00 parking charge. This seems very high given the cost of the room. - The room was unbearably hot, and even after adjusting the thermostat it stayed hot all night. - The room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room; it was very musty. - Finally, we had dinner in the restaurant and it was appalling. *My son ordered a pizza, and even though it was only 7ish pm, they had run out of pizzas. *I ordered a steak; it was GBP32 on the menu, and came out cold and overcooked. *My husband ordered a burger; the patty was the size of a beef slider, and was so overcooked he actually had to use a steak knife to cut it. Also on the burger was one slice of tomato, and one slice of lettuce. It was shocking for the price, particularly as it was almost inedible. I will say the service in the restaurant was very friendly, but the food was terrible. The ibll for the steak, two burgers, two glasses of wine, and a non-alco' beer was GBP 99.00. "

"The staff were all super nice, all of them. One of them which I believe was the manager gave me recommendations on what I can do in the area. Which was very helpful."

"Excellent check in, upgrade given & took in my requests. Breakfast freshly cooked & well presented. I will definitely stay again as this is also in a great area to get to restaurants & bars."

"Clean, comfy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay not far from London and surrounding attractions. Check in was easy and it's nice and quiet. Was grateful for the kettle and supplies in the room. Only thing is the TV should have a pull out bracket as the angle was a bit strange for the bed."

"First time staying at this hotel and will be the last severe lack of stuff I may as well put the sign that they have constantly on reception saying they will be back shortly on their payroll. Time given for food service wound correct spa area is unmanned with no towels for use At at 1 am, there were other people staying in the hotel that were very drunk arguing fighting music blasting loud alongside a TV which went on until after 2 am. Again tried to contact reception not possible to get someone to come and resolve the issue. On check out the receptionist couldn’t have been any less interested and she obviously knows it’s not a good place to stay as she didn’t even ask whether to stay with them was okay"

"The room was clean. The bed was a twin but could be made into a double. The bracket had be left on one of the twin bed which we kept banding into our leg every time we walk passed. Which was a lot. "

"Beautiful hotel, great facilities. Spa lovely but looking a little tired in places as a few things weren’t working. In every other respect the hotel was gorgeous "

"It was our second time staying at the Langston Quays. We had a lovely stay both times. Room great, staff excellent, breakfast delicious. Something for all tastes. We will be back. It has a big thumb’s up from us 👍"
