「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「Since we travelled in a rented vehicle (no GPS) we relied on cell phones/Google Maps. Consequently, finding the hotel was a challenge as Google Maps took us one (1) mile past the hotel into an industrial area. Frustrating! We phoned the hotel for directions and solved the problem satisfactorily. The hotel needs to correct this issue with Google Maps as they said they’d had similar problem with other guests. 「We had a wonderful stay for one night in the Quidi Vidi room. Then we came back at the end of our trip for four nights and stayed in Port Royal room, and this one was much bigger with bigger bathroom. Both rooms were on the first floor. 「It has a great vibe, old style Inn. It needs some upgrading though. Our room, double bed, was very small and felt stuffy. There was a window air conditioner that we had to run the whole time to feel any air circulation. The window didnt open to provide fresh air. This made it very loud for sleeping. 「Liked: room size and layout; easy parking and access; closet layout. Clean Disliked: room fan/ac/ heat was impossibly loud making it difficult to sleep- hear the tv or even carry on a conversation. (Room 406) -1 for that issue. Desk staff were unhelpful and not typical of my previous NL experiences. Over a 4 night stay, we engaged at check in/out and 3 questions - they couldn’t care less and were of no help.」
