"We booked 2 rooms. The first room was fine, no issues except a vap cartridge was left in our window. The second room however had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the exhaust fan didn’t work, the water in the shower had very little pressure, the fridge was about half the size as the one in our first room and the room felt damp the whole time we were there."

"Breakfast was lackluster, mainly because the gal running it was overwhelmed and other customers were ignorant. As someone on a lifting restriction due to health needs, it was extra to have the elevator out of service"

"It was beautiful. Very clean. Staff was so helpful. Free breakfast daily with eggs pancakes sausage cereal etc. With multiple juices coffee tea and hot chocolate. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub. The room was amazing with a large jacuzzi. We will definitely be back."

"The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the peace and comfort I felt was just wonderful. Ive stayed at more than a few holiday inn express’s, and all were wonderful, especially with the remodels..and all the staff were great but the staff at Lapeer..the two men I encountered, fantastic! Thank you!"
