Прекрасный отдых

Великолепный отель. Идеальная чистота, прекрасное отношение к гостям. Завтрак отличный с большим разнообразием блюд. Персонал отеля - большие молодцы!! Если буду в Петрозаводске еще раз, обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

Езжу в Петрозаводск раз в месяц. Все время останавливался в другом отеле. Решил разнообразить и, честно говоря, пожалел. Очень странный номер: посередине комнаты огромный столб, который занимает треть всего свободного пространства. Рядом с номером была дверь в коридор, которая без конца хлопала. В стенах номера зашита какая-то труба, по которой вода лилась с 7 утра, будто у тебя по стене льётся. Рядом с дверью нашего второго номера была свалена куча постельного белья, соответственно, постоянно туда ходили сотрудники. Нормально отдохнуть вообще не получилось. На завтраке половины блюд не было уже к 9:40 утра. Пока были на завтраке, ничего не пополнялось. Ну, и самое жлобство, как мне кажется, на завтраке в ресторане отказались дать бумажный стаканчик. Ну, это, ребята, как-то совсем уж, прям о многом говорит.

Очень шумно вечером,

Отель в принципе понравился. Расположение прекрасное. Комната уютная. Персонал приветливый. Отличный ресторан. Но оказалось очень шумно вечером, мешала отдыхать громкая музыка на улице, шумоизоляции никакой нет, в комнате ощущалась вибрация от громкой музыки , не способствующая отдыху. Продолжалось это до 23.10, невозможно уснуть!!! Наконец-то всё стихло, только заснули, как примерно в 23.30 разбудил и испугал громкий настойчивый повторяющийся стук в дверь. Пришлось встать: это из ресторана принесли для кого-то заказ еды и ошиблись номером. Ну так же нельзя!!! Эти два инцидента очень расстроили.

By far the best hotel in Petrozavodsk

4th or 5th time I've stayed in this hotel, sometimes just overnight, and others for longer periods. I'll be back in the middle of January for 4 nights. Everything is tip-top and the staff have been very accomodating, especially this time as I arrived by sleeper train at 04.00 and they'd prepared a room for me as I had an appointment in eye clinic at 10 for an operation which left me unable to see for the duration of my stay. Food in restaurant is tasty, plentiful, and table service is to a high standard

Отель стильный, современный, хорошо расположен, останавливались второй раз. Ощущение, что дали номер, не тот, который был оплачен. Мебель с утратами (прожжено кресло, испорчена поверхность чайного столика). Не работал слив в ванной, починили после обращения. Не всегда можно дозвониться в рецепшен. Сотрудники часто не перезванивают. Сервис рум отказались принести заказ в номер (сказали: «нет чеснока или розмарина для приготовления креветок». Спустились и заказали в ресторане (все было в наличии). Не хватало персонала для обслуживания в номер. Думаю, надо было об этом сказать при заказе из номера и не придумывать отсутсвие продуктов. Ситуация вышла неприятная и некрасивая, никому не нравиться обман. Неплохо было бы иметь в камере хранения холодное помещение (Петрозаводск богат рыбой и другими специалитетами с определенными условиями хранения, жаль, что отель не поддерживает это). Вообщем все время нужно что-то преодолевать(((, а хотелось просто отдыхать, наслаждаться прекрасным озером, отелем, кухней.

приятный отель на берегу Онежского озера

отель современный и комфортный. Обслуживание тоже вполне. Завтрак вообще отличный. Из недостатков - нас сначала поселили в номер, отличающийся от описания на сайте (номер 228 меньше и хуже обставлен, чем стандарт). Пришлось идти спорить с администратором. Так же за завтраком была нехватка персонала - еда и посуда в какой то момент закончились.

A little gem in Karelia

I stayed there for one night on a stopover travelling to the Arctic to work and wish I could have stayed longer (but definitely will do on return trip). I had been driving for days from Spain and felt under the weather with flu so took the opportunity to pay for an upgrade to a great room with perfect view of Lake Onega a stone's throw away across promenade. The spacious, modern room was amazing, it had every luxury you can imagine, and to soak in bubble bath was bliss. The breakfast was superb and catered for all tastes. The friendly, welcoming, polite, professional service from the reception and restaurant staff was faultless. This hotel is up there in the top 2 0r 3 of all the places I've stayed and would recommend it to anyone.

остановились на ночлег по дороге из Санкт-Петербурга на север. были очень приятно удивлены. всё на уровне, машины стоят во внутреннем закрываемом дворике, очень приятный лобби бар и ресторан - карельская кухня представлена широко, очень вкусно и красиво подано. завтрак также лучше чем просто в приличной гостинице 4*. в ассортимент включены и карельские пирожки, и сотовый мед.

Erinomainen huone ja sänky, tilaa riittävästi, hyvä kylpyhuone. Tilava parveke kohti Pietari Suuren patsasta ja satamaa. Kaipasin muitakin kuin venäjänkielisiä tv-kanavia. Ravintolassa erittäin hyvä palvelu ja ruoka hienoissa maisemissa Onega järvelle.

Tolles Hotel

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Seeufer. Ausm Frühstücksraum hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick aif die Natur. Direkt beim Hotel beginnt eine wunderschöne Seepromenade. Das Hotel ist vor kurzem renoviert worden und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein brauchbarer Fitnessraum ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist äußerst bemüht und zuvorkommend. Es ist insgesamt eine sehr positive Überraschung!
