Hotel muito bem localizado, 400m da Feirinha do Alto e dá para ir a pé. Café da manhã variado e gostoso. Pontos negativos: cama mole, travesseiro muito fino e acústica ruim, mas nenhum deles tornou a estadia desagradável.

Razoável, mais para eu voltar tem que melhorar

Hotel bom, atendimento bom, porém a tv tive que chamar um funcionário para sintonizar por que não ligava, o chuveiro também não funcionai direito levou mais de dez minutos para aquecer, a porta da sacada tinha uma fresta que entrava friagem e acabei acordando constipado por isso. Café da manhã básico faltou frutas entre outras coisas pequenas.

Hotel impecável, recepção muito educada, no dia que fomos tinha cortesia de spa dos pés na area da piscina, divino! Quarto amplo, cama e roupa de cama confortáveis, duch forte que esquenta bem. Cafe da manha demorou um pouco na reposicao de ovos mexidos, mas restante dos itens ok (descemos para o cafe 9:00). Vista linda, instalações gerais lindas, piscina temperatura perfeita, voltaríamos!

Mais uma vez, foi uma experiência boa

Essa foi minha segunda estadia no hotel e, mais uma vez, foi uma experiência boa. O hotel tem uma localização excelente, pertinho da feirinha do Alto, o café da manhã é gostoso e o quarto é muito confortável. A única observação que gostaria de fazer foi em relação à espuma de banho da banheira. Quando chegamos, o recipiente estava vazio e, ao solicitar o reabastecimento, trouxeram uma garrafa grande (5L) com menos de um dedo de sabonete líquido. Achei essa "economia" um pouco exagerada, considerando o padrão do hotel. Apesar disso, não muda minha opinião positiva sobre o local. Continuo recomendando e voltaria a me hospedar. Um ótimo lugar!

Otimo hotel, muito bem localizado

Hotel muito bom, cama confortável, tv grande com vários canais, chuveiro maravilhoso. O quarto só poderia ter roupão por conta da banheira. Excelente café da manhã, com bastante variedade. Otima localização, dá para ir a pé a feirinha e ao viva italia. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Boa localização porém não vale o preço que cobram

A localização do hotel é boa, próximo a Feirante e rua do comércio. Porém o hotel precisa de uma reforma. Muitas paredes com infiltrações, carpete das escadas rasgado e soltando. O estacionamento em frente ao hotel fica um breu a noite. Da medo deixar o carro lá. O café da manhã é satisfatório.

Foi uma passada bem rápida, mas a atendente da madrugada foi muito gentil na nossa chegada. Em relação ao quarto, era um colchão duro em excesso, e a cortina da janela estava cheia de frestas, fazendo com que a iluminação ficasse em nossos rostos e nos acordando mais cedo que o programado. O chuveiro é muito bom, bem como toalhas de banho e roupas de cama. Café da manhã muito bom, passamos bem! Atendimento no café e no check-out, super gentil e cordial. Se não fosse pela cama dura e frestas na janela, voltaríamos outras vezes.

Tinha passado por alguns hoteis em Teresópolis e dessa vez acabamos achando esse hotel que achamos maravilhoso pela proximidade dos locais, onde fizemos tudo a pé e pelo conforto que o hotel nos proporcionou na hora de descansar. Voltarei com certeza a esse hotel!!
