Não é hotel, simplesmente cheguei 21:30 do jantar e precisava de travesseiros e coberta porque está frio demais , sem pessoa para atender . Não tem atendimento depois das 19h . Aguardando o estorno devido o absurdo .l

Já é a segunda vez que vou ao Hotel Granja Brasil Resort ficamos na suíte Master. Dessa vez fiquei na categoria Suíte Sênior, de domingo para segunda. O quarto tbm é muito bom! Porém, o café da manhã simples, não sei se era por ser segunda-feira, pois o rapaz informou que alguns alimentos eram só servidos finais de semanas e a piscina as segundas não abrem (manutenção). Mas vale a pena se hospedar, se vc quer paz, esse lugar é perfeito.

Todos foram muito gentis nos atendimentos. Quarto suite muito confortável, limpo. Tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã normal, não muito especial mas bom. Localização boa pra quem está de carro por não ser muito dentro do movimento do centro da cidade.

Ótimo hotel que precisa de modernizações

O hotel continua sendo muito confortável, com uma excelente cama e um ótimo chuveiro. O quarto está antigo, apesar de bastante limpo. A televisão precisa ser substituída com urgência. Além de ser muito antiga e não aceitar nenhum tipo de app como netflix e outros, os canais têm péssima transmissão. Café da manhã simples, com alguma variedade. Ovos e pão na chapa quentinhos são o ponto alto. Senti falta de iogurtes sem açucar / zero.

Tive um aborrecimento enorme e não tinha para quem reclamar. Éramos mais de dez hóspedes ocupando inúmeros quartos, quase todos com as respectivas esposas, e fomos impedidos pelo funcionário da recepção de comer uma pizza, comprada antes das 20:00 hs por telefone, mas que so chegou às 21:50 hs, sob o argumento que não seria possível usar a área destinada ao restaurante após as 22:00 hs. Segundo o funcionário poderíamos usar até a recepção, mas não poderiamos usar o restaurante, revelando total despreparo porque a utilização da recepção para comer uma pizza por certo ofenderia a qualquer transeunte porque o local não é destinado a refeições.

Bem razoável. Pelo valor cobrado, esperava muito mais. O quarto que fiquei era minúsculo, o banheiro também era muito pequeno. O café da manhã foi um dos piores que já experenciei. Mal tinha o básico, poucas frutas, pães velhos, o ovo acabava toda hora, e se quisesse um omelete, torrada petrópolis ou tapioca eles cobravam um adicional de VINTE REAIS por unidade. Não retornarei.
