Hotel bonito, bem localizado, boas acomodações. A única observação a fazer seria a acessibilidade aos quartos do prédio anexo. A única opção é a escada, e não um serviço de auxílio do hotel para o transporte das bagagens. No mais, viagem muito agradável.

Gosto muito do Hotel Casablanca Koeller. Sempre opto por ficar nos quartos ao final do terreno, após a piscina, porque ficam mais distantes dos barulhos da rua, ou seja, são mais silenciosos. O quarto contava com ar condicionado que também tinha a função de aquecimento, o que é muito importante no inverno de Petrópolis. Limpeza dos quartos feita diariamente. TV com vários canais disponíveis. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Apenas o Wi-fi precisa ser melhorado, pois é bastante instável. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel novamente. A avaliação geral é positiva.

Equipe bem educada e prestativa, acomodação do quarto muito boa, banheiro muito bom, apesar de precisar de uma pequena modernização (ficamos na suíte master). O café da manhã é muito bom e com muitas opções. O hotel é silencioso e a localização também é muito boa, perto das cervejarias, restaurantes e atrações, tem como ir a pé nas principais atrações.

Muito boa experiência. Vista do quarto muito bonita, e por se tratar de um casarão antigo, os quartos estão muito bem preservados. Pontos a melhorar, apenas as maçanetas que precisam de uma manutenção e o wi-fi que o sinal é muito fraco.
