Acolhimento excelente

O Hotel é antigo e precisa de uma reforma, mas compensa pela hospitalidade, bom serviço, espaço externo incrível. Não tem ar condicionado nos quartos mas não fez falta. Voltarei com certeza. Além de ser uma viagem no tempo, te leva direto para 1990.

O local é lindo e muito agradável. Os funcionarios foram muito atenciosos durante todo o tempo da hospedagem. O estado de conservação das instalações não era muito bom, mas nada que prejudicasse a estadia. Foram dias muito agradáveis e relaxantes.

Hotel rustico mas de grande conforto. Servicos funcionam perfeitamente, café da manhã com bastante opcoes e atendimento impecavel. Fim de semana perfeito!

Hotel excelente. Vc se sente em casa. O hotel faz um passeio gratuito aos sabados, contando a história de Nova Friburgo. O serviço de cozinha, limpeza são excelentes. Funcionarios prestativos e muito educados. Voltaremos.

Foi incrível. Não conhecia o hotel, fui com a família de última hora, despretensiosamente… e fui supreendida com o acolhimento, estrutura, programação infantil sensacional, comida… tudo muito limpo, apesar de ser um hotel antigo. Voltaremos em breve e indicaremos para mais pessoas.

Aniversário do marido

Foi a minha primeira vez no hotel e eu além de super indicar também voltaria. O hotel é confortável e de decoração bem retrô, detalhe esse que eu achei um charme, mas o ponto alto mesmo são os funcionários que se esforçam para que os hóspedes se sintam a vontade. A ocasião era niver do meu marido e até bolo o hotel nos fez a generosidade de providenciar no dia, o garçom conhecido com Sergião também foi muito atencioso e cordial durante todo o tempo. Enfim, amei e super recomendo!

Definitivamente as instalações precisam de manutenção e modernidade. As refeições eram boas mas poderiam melhorar. As pessoas da recepção foram muito cordiais. Não vi animação para as crianças e adolescentes. Isso acho que peca muito.
