It’s pretty location who enjoys the mountains. The castle is beautiful but the rooms needs to upgrade specially the bathrooms.

A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. Maravilhoso pra quem gosta de arquitetura antiga

A suíte 101 em que fiquei estava com mofo no teto em cima da cama, o porta papel higiênico estava quebrado/frouxo e não tem cabide/porta pra colocar a toalha de rosto. De resto, é um lugar lindo para festas e pra tirar fotos maravilhosas. Não tem almoço nem jantar incluso mas tem a Taberna que é só pra hóspedes (preço salgado)

A estrutura do hotel é realmente legal, porém a limpeza ficou muito a desejar. Nos trocaram de quarto 3x. A primeira vez por conta de limpeza do banheiro - a privada estava sem condições de uso e o quarto não tinha toalhas, a segunda por conta do quarto ter apenas uma cama de casal, sendo que somos pai e filha e mesmo no 3 quarto o banheiro apresentava mofo em várias partes. Além disso, o quarto que eu reservei não se parecia com a foto de referencia do site, embora os demais estivessem até condizentes. Outro ponto negativo foi em relação ao checkout antecipado. Tivemos que deixar o hotel um dia antes devido à perda de um familiar. Solicitei o reembolso da diária não utilizada justamente porque havia pago uma tarifa mais cara com a opção de cancelamento gratuito. No entanto, em vez de simplesmente negarem a solicitação, pediram a comprovação do motivo, exigindo o envio do atestado de óbito — um pedido extremamente delicado e desagradável — apenas para, em seguida, recusarem o reembolso.

Experiência de dormir em um Castelo Medieval

Hospedagem boa mas com alguns pontos que podem melhorar, hotel um pouco escuro , check in tarde inicio ás 15h e check out 12h . Tavesseiros bem ralinho podendo ser mais confortável . Café da manha poderia ter salada de frutas , havia apenas fatiado melão , mamão e melancia .

Quarto sem condições de uso devido ao mofo

Quarto totalmente mofado. Reclamei e nos ofereceram uma nova acomodação, também sem condições de uso, devido ao mofo. Paredes do quarto, teto, sofá, muito mofo. Banheiro nas mesmas condições. Precisamos procurar outro hotel, à noite, o que nos gerou transtorno e desconforto imensos.

Tudo maravilhoso . Os quartos são antigos devido ao castelo ser antigo , mas tudo funciona . Senti falta de uma smart TV . Mas tragam o seu iPad de quiserem ver filmes pq só tem os canais principais de TV aberta . Fora isso foi tudo perfeito e voltarei em breve .
