「We were so disappointed with our recent stay at this apartment. We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for. 「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
