Included breakfast is expansive and tasty, kept us going all day. It’s about a 20 min walk or very easy bus ride to the old part of town. It definitely was a good experience."

Staff did not disturb us during the festival period but we were able to contact them and ask for amenities/towels etc to be put outside our door as room service happens in the mornings. "This place was amazing. The room had everything it needed, was spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. First time in 2 weeks on vacation that I got to properly wash and dry my hair and it didn’t look frizzy. I used their shampoo and conditioner and they even had a diffuser for the hairdryer in the bathroom. I did bring my own but because of the voltage difference my hairdryer doesn’t dry properly even with a plug converter. The location is perfect walking distance to everything. The property has no parking, but parking is available at about 3 min walk (very very expensive parking). There is an elevator, however you still need to bring up your luggage on 2 sets of stairs before you get to the elevator. So if you have mobility issues and can’t bring up your luggage the 2 sets of stairs then that would be an issue. The only downside is the wifi was bad. I had to use my phone plan (not a problem for me, but it was for my son…). It’s a smart hotel, so nobody at the reception, but there is cleaning daily."
