Staff were very quick to respond to my complaints. Can't give a high rating because my room wasn't clean when we arrived. Garbage not emptied, microwave smelled like popcorn from last guest; my husband cleaned the toilet. Shower leaked. Sheets were clean and changed however. 「This is an excellent spot, though València is quite spread out (more than we thought), so distance to the beach and to the City of Arts and Sciences was much further from Palau and than we thought (that’s on us, not on the apartment facility). Bed was very comfy, pull out bed from couch less so (but fine for the kids. There is a bar at the end that you can accidentally smash your foot on). Shower is excellent! Has everything you need inside.」

「The property was very clean and modern looking. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to guest requests. Kids enjoyed the lobby area where they have a coloring pad. The parking lot was a short walk away from the hotel however, it was a very secure a lot and very easy in and out. There is a reserved spot right next to the hotel entrance for luggage drop off and pick up before you head to the parking lot.
