「The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! The hotel had great parking. Easy access to all sides of town. The restaurant was excellent also. Our only complaint was the beds. They were very uncomfortable. 」

「The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You must reach out to get directions. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your...

「We were looking for a quiet and tranquil location and this is it. Wonderful views from the magnificant gardens which surround the tastefully restored monastery. The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in.」
