Rooms are full of stain on floor and Doors. Doors do not seal well plus the plumbing of the neighbor room sounds like a train is going through the room. Did not expect much but the stain needs to go.

It was filthy. Used Q tip’s and bandaid wrappers on the floor. Floor was dirty snd sticky; when i dropped a cup of water on the floor and wiped it up with a bath towel, the towel came back black. Like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in months or even years. Dark parking lot with sketchy characters. I expected it to be basic and maybe dated, but not dirty and feeling unsafe.
