The check-in process was difficult and stressful, and we experienced issues from the moment we arrived. The rooms did not even have toilet paper. They were not properly cleaned—there was hair everywhere, and the trash bin was still full of garbage left by the previous guests. The pillows and blankets did not have clean covers, which was completely...
