"Wonderful boutique hotel. The moment we arrived staff assisted us with our luggage and helped us to our room. All of the staff were very friendly, but Guido stood out throughout our stay. He was always asking how we were doing and quick to recommend anything. The property is 5 star hotel worthy. Great stay and perfect location."

"This property is without question beautiful! Its central location makes it easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, including KION and KUSKAY. I absolutely loved the palace-like feel, and the fresh flowers throughout the property added an extra touch of luxury. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation for our trip to Machu Picchu. They also went above and beyond by celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary with champagne and dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only gripe was that the shower water had an unusual odor that I couldn’t quite understand. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the property and hospitality."
