「The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel.

「Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.」
