Convenient but a bit tired.

Convenient for station early check in was helpful,staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.

Basic, functional, and really great room, on the small size but with a high ceiling and a sense of space and airiness. The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. Lots of space, great lighting, very comfortable, although priced well above what it is worth, presumably due to the season.

Friendly staff and good location by train station. Ridiculously small room that was freezing cold. Bed had a single sheet. Shower was freezing cold. “Free toiletries” is a bar of hard low quality soap that doesn’t clean well. Very clean though. Overall 2.5 or 3/5

Economico e strategico per visitare Perugia ed altre località, a 50m dalla stazione e a 300m dal Minimetrò Fontivegge. Struttura forse un po’ datata in alcune parti ma funzionale, accogliente, tranquilla e pulita. Forse andrebbero insonorizzate di più le stanze. Il personale è di una gentilezza unica! SODDISFATTO della scelta.

安いので仕方ないが、写真のように明るい部屋ではなかった。途中1泊よそへ出かけたため、2回に分け2部屋利用したが、最初の部屋はWiFi通じたが、洗面所の排水悪く、エアコンで温風がでず夜中寒かった。2回目の部屋はWiFi全く使えず、旅行者には不便。排水とエアコンは大丈夫だったが、バスルームの窓にカーテンなどなく、トイレに座ると、角になっている隣の部屋のベッドに座ったり横になっている男性と目が合うし、シャワールームから出てくると丸見えになる。慌ててゴミ箱にかかっている黒いビニール袋を広げて目張りをした。 同じ2階でも、鍵で解錠する部屋とカードタッチで解錠する部屋がある。フロントは親切。鉄道やミニメトロを中心に行動するなら便利。
