View of the city was awesome, And the beds were very comfy. Location is spot on, and the car parking was easy to maneuver. unit was clean our sink in the bathroom was blocked.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although my booking was for six people, the room provided only had one large bed and two single beds. When I raised the issue with the receptionist, I was told a solution would be provided, but no follow-up ever came. As a result, I had no proper place to sleep and ended up on the couch, which was uncomfortable and had an unpleasant smell. The room itself also carried a noticeable odor. This made the stay very difficult, especially as I needed to drive a long distance the following day. Overall, the lack of support from the staff and the poor room condition left a very negative impression.

City convenience and a quiet area. Very spacious unit. Expensive but safe and secure parking.Unfortunately some areas of the apartment needed alittle more cleaning. There was what looked like makeup foundation on the bathroom walls. The plates in the kitchen were dirty.

Perth travels

The property is ideally located to explore Perth and is only 10 to 15 mins walk to the CBD. The management team was very helpful and resourceful. On site secure parking was great. Sleep quality was not that great given the construction work over 3 days. I would suggest keeping a vacuum cleaner in the unit as housekeeping is scheduled weekly only. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Disappointing for four reasons: (1) We arrived to find no reception and had to travel to a different hotel to get the key. (2) Hotel very dated. Holes in the dining chairs, stained carpets, dirty showers, random holes in the wall. (3) Room was incomplete, e.g. no sponges or rags for the kitchen, no rubbish bin in the kitchen. (4) They charged our credit card three days before we arrived when the booking said it would be processed on-site, which led to some confusion. We raised some of these issues and we're told it was Expedia's fault for not communicating to us, so not much accountability from the hotel itself. Other that that, it was fine (beds were relatively comfortable, location is pretty good). But we wouldn't stay again.

Location is great, unfortunately that was the best i can say about this place. Oven didnt work. A handyman was sent to check it out. Place was dirty, carpets atrocious. Two ladies came out, who were very nice To be fair, I declined their assistance. A request for the carpets to be cleaned was denied. Ac worked thank goodness as i was there for three weeks in March. It was awfully hot.

Room clean and had everything we needed. Easy walking to the park to catch the free blue cat into the city and 1 km walk to the lively area of Leaderville.

Condition of the furniture was very poor. We had to uses towels on the chairs as the vinyl was that bad it hit to sit on. Carpets stained. Faulty power points. Blown light bulbs. Dust everywhere. Dishwasher removed. We had to rewash the dishes to use them. Piles of rubbish just left in the carpark. The beds were the only good thing… For the price, definitely not worth it. I would not recommend.

Loved the location, super convenient to Northbridge restaurants and bars. We arrived after hours and the instructions were easy to follow. Only downside was no sachets of milk for an evening cuppa or morning coffee… but excellent options 400m away!! Would recommend!!

Great place to stay in the city. Close to everything with easy access to freeways in any direction. Apartment is very large and spacious. Could use some general maintenance but otherwise it is a fantastic place

Week Couple Stay Over 60.Being va Couple on the Grounhd Floor.Bed Shithouse;if you like the thought of two singles pushed together.All Noise Downstairs,in the week we where in the Botttom Unit we whad three Individuals sitting OPutside our Front Door area.Waitring for a Uber Bus.When Making Booking i cant Remember Readind where if you dont Clean up no Mention Until You LeaveYou are the Second Hotel i have expereienced in the recent Accommodattion .Parrking at $30 a Day.Lots of Noise downstairs

Don't stay here

You check in at one place, then have to walk 500 metres+ to the actual apartments. Apartment floors are pretty dirty. Lift didn't work - good luck if you're on the fourth floor.

Never Again

Do not stay here, it is soooo noisy, unregulated and a place for teenagers to party and run amok. Add to this it’s is dirty, the cleaners don’t clean and the furnishings are old and look like they are from garage sales. The bedding is disgusting, dirty, mouldy and I could go on & on……..Don’t Stay Here!!!
