「The staff especially Mirkin was very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home immediately. The studio apartment was ideal for us as it just has the basics. The swimming pool was exceptional situated with a beautiful river view and the water was a pleasant temperature. There a a couple of restaurants below the apartments which are averagely priced otherwise a free cat bus takes you into Perth in just 7-8 minutes and can be caught 50 meters from the apartment. 「Conveniently located. At the time of stay, it is free for everyone to take bus from the nearby bus stop to Perth CBD. Therefore, although the hotel is located in East Perth, one can still travel to Perth CBD freely with no cost. There are convenience store nearby.」

「We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable. 」

「very good location whatever u choose to drive or walk. very easy to reach river side if u just need to walk couple minutes eastbound or southbound. the nearby community is also very good , silent & safe, just few steps to the beautiful Wellington square(park). 」

「This place was newly refurbished. It was clean and modern unlike some of the other hostels. Spacious room, not crammed. Other facilities was good. Yellow CAT and Red CAT buses (free shuttle buses every 8 mins and 4 mins) were only 3 mins walk away. Convenient to go into city. Supermarket only 3 mins by walk. 」

「屋內客廳廚房很大也清潔, 有一個大露台. 我們入住的是一 屋兩房, 兩間也是套房, 對於多人一起旅行, 等候洗手間浴室時間減少了, 這屋子十分適合.」

「Large apartment with all facilities we needed including washing and drying machine inside the apartment. Though a bit far by walking distance to the city centre, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby with reasonable price. The hotel have car park at 25AUD per night but it is easy to find a public car park space at the street which is free from 6pm to 8am. So actually you don't need to pay for car park if you just need parking at night or pay for 5 AUD per hour outside the free parking...

「Very comfortable villa」

「位置很好，就在market别上，走去码头或者逛逛什么都很方便。房内设施很新，很干净。房主也特别热情，有免费wifi，还送了两杯留下bar的饮料。不足就是楼下是个bar，晚上会很吵，睡眠很轻的人谨慎预定。」

「Breakfast was great as always. I love it. The breakfast service was great as well. But front desk, at 9/12, ignored me and let me struggled by their app for about 5 minutes…but still all good. Sometimes the bar at ground floor make loud noises…」

「This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.」
