Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. Two bathrooms, great facilities for laundry and the kids could play pool or ping pong whilst they were waiting. Would highly recommend. Easy location close to subway and ferries to get about.

The room was spotless and the staff was very nice and helpful and advised that the marathon was going to be the Sunday that I left and suggested that I make my way early to the airport to avoid any delays, this was helpful and even organized my transportation, this is not my 1st stay with you, always pleased.
