"The front desk staff was so so so nice. The go bags were a very nice touch, as we were there for the Masters so it was nice to be able to grab food and go. I will say the attention to detail in the room was lacking a bit. We found a container of onions in the fridge and a pepperoni on the floor by the sofa, left by the last person to stay in that room. Other than that it was a perfectly nice stay. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The TV was great, it was nice being able to watch Netflix. "

Better Than Expected

"We ended up here unexpectedly after our tire blew out heading home from Charelston. Given that it was a motel, my expectations were really low. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness factor once inside. I'm not saying it's fancy, but definitely better than what I was expecting. The only thing I'd like to point out is that their listing says it includes breakfast and coffee, but there is no access to the lobby and neither service is offered. The misrepresentation won't be compensated by Hotels.com."
