"Nothing fancy about the rooms, but they were clean and I felt comfortable there."

"The public areas on the first floor were under major renovation. The check in area was a construction jobsite. There was no warning of this on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com should do better. That said, once over the shock of checking in onto a construction site the staff was great. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Outside of the construction work the hotel was excellent and we had a nice stay."

Breakfast was served at the meeting I attended that morning Amenities were average, acceptable but average. I never appreciate finding out there is a damage deposit amount that is not disclosed prior to booking "

"I bought a room for the night. We couldn't access the 'free' wifi as you have to sign up for rewards and kids don't want to. They changed breakfast to requiring a coupon but my room came with breakfast. The front desk didn't know about this and didnt have coupons. The room carpet was stained. There is a smell in the room. Its very outdated. "
