"We just stayed for night time. AC condition was good."

"Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hair on the toilet, areas of the floor hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Basically the cleaning staff needs proper training and a supervisor to inspect the room before being turned over to a paying guest. The window shade was tattered, the chair upholstery was ripped. Overall the room was very dated. The breakfast really needs to improve in quality. They should have a person hired to oversee the breakfast and not expect the person working at the reception counter to handle both positions. One person can't be in 2 places at the same time, and many guests were upset at not having food prepared and the coffee maker being shut down for not having any coffee. This is not the way to run a quality hotel. As a side note, the exterior smoking areas need to be moved away from the doorways."

"Unfortunately only 1 service elevator was working when we stayed. But the room and breakfast were fantastic! "

"The room I was given must be next to a stairwell because I heard noise and feet stomping going up and down for most of the night."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was amazing. Some updating is needed but I would stay there again ."

"Was very disappointed upon booking that we were not informed that the pool was under construction. Was traveling with children and that would have been helpful. "
