「Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...

「Great value, centrally located, very nice rooms, and a breakfast to “die for”
I liked this hotel very much. It was easy walking distance to major attractions like Guggenheim Museum, Old Town, Metro Stations, and Gran Via. My room was quiet, and well laid out. The included breakfast had a lot of great options but the highlight for me was the “Death By Chocolate” cake…for breakfast! I almost feel guilty that I at a slice each morning. Not only would I want to stay in this Bilbao hotel...

「Clean room and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating since they assisted every time needed. We checked in a few hours before the estipulated time and gave us the room as soon as ready (12 pm). Staff helped us with the follow up with the airline that lost our bags and were always very nice」
