The hotel is in a great location ,with all places of interest within walking distance.Taxi from the railway station ,approx 10 euros.There is s great little daytime bar next door to the hotel( Las Plantanas )

Good location, service must be improved

Hotel Is well located, hall is very modern and wifi is good. But was the coldest weekend of year in Perpignan, we arrived at 23:00 and they didnt turn on the radiators. Receptionist was incredibly grumpy and was making annoyed face when we asked for water. Service must be improved for Mercure standarda

Für den Preis und die Sternebewertung absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt weil es eine Tiefgarage hat. Leider konnten wir diese nicht nutzen, weil unser Auto zu groß sei (Golf Kombi Größe). Die Ausstattung ist alt und nicht schön. Das Bad war dreckig, ansonsten ok. Das beste am Hotel ist die Lage.

Vraiment pas terrible

très cher payé pour la prestation et pas au niveau de ce qu'est censé être un Mercure. Tout est vieux, mal ou pas entretenu. le miroir de l'ascenseur est cassé en plusieurs endroits, c'est un détail mais le changer ne coûte pas grand chose. Dans la chambre, peinture abimée, la salle de bains en très mauvais état, la plinthe sous le bac de douche est moisie et se décolle. Un bruit sourd très présent probablement dû à la ventilation pourtant coupée. L'accès à la salle de sport au 8eme étage se fait par un escalier en colimaçon, materiel hors d'âge... Literie et petit dejeuner correct. Bref pas au niveau

A nice hotel, the welcome could have been better, The knowledge of the car park arrangements across the road were minimal, room ok, breakfast not bad, not worth €15 per person if it's not in your room deal

Overall a pleasant stay. The lower floors facing the river does not have a great but the room is still ok. Great with garage (10 EUR/night). Should it be full, there are lots of parking space along the road. Just a short walk away from the old town.
