Enjoyable over nighter

A nice clean hotel with a comfortable room, very good restaurant and decent breakfast. Would use again as an overnight stop or when exploring Luxembourg

Great quality stay

Hotel zur Traube is a great hotel. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, the rooms are clean, modern and in perfect condition. They have a great restaurant and breakfast is also very good. I stay here on business trips and have always been very happy with everything.

Business trip close to Luxembourg.

I always stay here when I can whilst on business in Luxembourg. The hotel rooms are modern, clean, well equipped and excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant and breakfast serve good quality food.

The suite we had was very nice and comfortable. The dinner at the Hotel’s restaurant was excellent and at a reasonable price. The only deception came from the breakfast: we had the feeling that the bread was not fresh and the coffee could be better. Not a breakfast we usely receive in German’s hotel…

Wir kamen in unserem Fahrradurlaub verfroren und nass im Hotel an. Der Empfang war nett, aber das Zimmer nicht sehr gemütlich, unterm Dach, düster, mit einem großen Veluxfenster, dass man nicht vernünftig öffnen konnte. Leider keine Kaffee- oder Teezubereitung auf dem Zimmer. Auf unsere Frage, wo man einen Kaffee oder Tee bekommen könnte, wurden wir auf einen Bäcker in drei km Entfernung geschickt (verfroren, durchnässt und mit dem Fahrrad!) und dass bei einem familiengeführten Hotel mit einem relativ hohen Preis. Auch das Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht, nur auf Nachfrage wurde Käse und Butter nachgelegt, obwohl wir ds schon slleine im Frühdtücksrsum waren. Die Qualität war auch mau, bei dem Preis kann man auch erwarten, dass Eierspeisen angeboten werden und nicht nur eine Scheibe Käse aus der Packung (kein Weichkäse...). Fazit: da ist leider der Service und die Qualität in den Kettenhotels besser. Wir hatten für den Preis ein freundliches Zimmer möglichst nicht unterm Dach (es gab reichlich freie Zimmer) und vor allem ein gutes Frühstück....

Tausend Zusatzbedingungen. 2 Seitige Hausordnung im Zimmer. Nach dem Lesen kam ich mir nicht mehr wie ein Gast vor. Die gesamte Atmosphaere in diesem Haus lies mich wie eine Belastung fuehlen.

暖房はほとんど聞かず 寒かった。スタッフに確認したが、そのうち 時間が経てばつくと言われました。でも、暖かくはなりませんでした。翌朝 スタッフが、ここはドイツだからまだ暖房がフルに効かせることができていない、と説明してくれました。この謝罪があったので まだ救われました。

Wir hatten mehr erwartet.

Wer über hotels com bucht, erhält offensichtlich die Straßenlärm belasteteten Zimmer im Altbau. An Wochenenden Frühstück nur bis 10.00 Uhr und Auschecken bis 10.30 sind nicht servicefreundlich. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist fraglich Im Restaurant nur Barzahlung möglich, auch ein No-Go.

Zijn heel vriendelijk onthaald geweest door de eigenaar.We waren met ons 4 alleen in het hotel en toch hebben we hetzelfde ontbijt gekregen zoals we het jaar ervoor (in de zomer met veel meer gasten) echt een bufet met alles erop en eraan. Waauw helemaal niet verwacht. Het is een leuke locatie en zeker een aanrader. Dankjewel voor de vriendelijke en heel goede bediening x

Une excellente adresse pour découvrir la vallée de la Moselle, que ce soit du côté allemand ou luxembourgeois. Excellent rapport/qualité. Parking gratuit avec bornes de rechargement pour voitures électriques. Staff agréable et prévenant. Hôtel aménagé avec soin et décoration délicate et raffinée. Chambres récemment rénovées très confortables et d’une propreté impeccable. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux avec des produits de haute qualité. La cheffe cuisinière nous a épatés. Beaucoup de petits détails qui rendent le séjour dans cet hôtel appréciable (vaisselle Villeroy Boch raffinée au petit déjeuner, sèche-cheveux qui fonctionne très bien ce qui est rare dans les hôtels, musique extra au restaurant,…). Tout est vraiment de qualité. Le petit extra : le Joker veille sur nous 😛
