Good location and GREAT STAFF MEMBERS!

Staff members are fantastic. Room was ok. Towels feels like sand paper. But for one night, was the perfect place. Thank you to all members of the staff, super friendly, helpful and professionals!

The hotel is great, looks elegant but don't have elevator, the rooms are clean and comfortable but they are little small, also the bed is little bit to firm for my taste just personal opinion but I do like it, I do recommend the hotel

Four days in Pereira

I was a solo traveler. I felt very safe. I could NOT use the room safe as it needed the battery's changed. I spoke with the front desk. Nothing was done about it. I found the staff behind the counter not so helpful. The cleaning staff was fantastic. The women serving breakfast were wonderful. The doorknob to the bathroom fell off. I thought if they couldn't fix the safe why ask about the doorknob.

Experiencia Horrible no vayan a éste Hotel.

Este hotel no tenía el cuarto q pedimos en linea, éramos una familia de 4 y nos dieron 3 cuartos diferentes, olía horrible. Tenían el refrigerador desconectado y salía mal olor q lo tenía uno de los cuartos tuvimos q cambiar Hotel. Muy desagradable la experiencia. Deberían de invertir mucho en este hotel toda esa viejo y da asco.
