「The front desk lady is very nice to wait for me to check-in. Also, the bed is comfortable and the furniture is well designed.」

Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......

「From the smoke smell to the noise from upstairs neighbours to the disgusting toilet and bed. We left in the middle of the night because we couldn’t stand it anymore. I wouldn’t stay here if they pay me for it!」

「NOTO is a new hotel, so I know they're working out some of the details. However this is definitely a hotel geared for men. Everything in the room was installed at a much higher height , from the level of the sink to the height of the toilet and the shower head. When I checked in, I was not given my room's wifi password and when I asked about it, I was told I needed to speak to a manager and they were gone for the day. Most of the amenities closed by 8:00pm on the days I was there so I only...
