「Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel.」

「This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone. The guests are hit and miss, some are a bit rowdy, some doing photo shoots the whole time but it’s easy to find some quiet space. Most are couples in their 30s. The rooms are soundproofed, I stayed on a top floor and couldn’t hear any neighbours which was a relief, food is fantastic but...

We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. 「We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products!
