「Needed a cot, food options were limited and what was available, was too expensive for what you got. Limited amenities. Probably exploring other options next time. Not terrible, just not the most pleasant experience. Elevator situation desperately needs improvement 」

「I loved my stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was great, the entire place was so clean, the pool, lobby, the breakfast area and our room! I loved the little courtyard too. It was a great stay and I will be for sure coming back in the future if I have to stay in Peoria. 」

「The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day.」

「We stayed 7 nights. 3 days in a row our room was not serviced by housekeeping. We told the front desk every day and was assured it would be serviced each day but it was not. The housekeeping paperwork said we had DND tag on door but that was not true. I think they had staff issues. After speaking with GM it was finally serviced. 」
