"1. Booked the staycation with massage. The woman who massaged me was very sick and kept sneezing. Ended the massage early 2. There were poo stains in the toilet bowl of the room 3. There was a used spoon in the minibar 4. The toilet seat was dirty 5. There was a strand of hair on the bed"
