Night staff were fine. Room smelled musty and moldy. Sand was in the tub. Woke up went to get the free breakfast that is advertised, ouldnt find it as it’s hidden in a room. Asked the front desk clerk who was sitting in the “lobby” on his phone, and he just waved towards where it was. Went. Nothing. A juice machine that was running low and coffee. I went back and asked and he continued to sit and basically laugh at me and shrugged his shoulders. Another man came in claimed he was the manager. I asked and he pointed to the vending machines. I said that the hotel advertised a free breakfast. He said cookies which I told him there’s nothing out and he again pointed towards the vending machines. A woman came and started yelling at the housekeeper, the only one who we saw actually working. The manager and woman had just been outside. Needless to say we just left. Ashamed to admit I let my children stay here. We won’t be returning to this hotel, and if Wyndham continues to allow this, as now I see that people have been complaining about this specific hotel for a while with no changes, we won’t use this chain. Definitely a black eye on this chain. Wish I could get a refund or something. False advertisement and poorly ran.
