Stovetop did not work. Neither did one of the phones. Microwave did not work consistently. No dishes in the room. Called down to get them. Was told it would be 20 minutes, but then shift changed and the order was dropped, although I did get dishes eventually, with additional calling and going down to the desk. We had a problem with our door key that took multiple attempts to fix. No paper cups in the room, and paper towels were stained like they’d gotten wet or dirty. Food service and housekeeping staff were very nice, but front desk staff seemed kind of put out by customer service. Another guest told us the hotel is changing ownership soon and will have a new name soon, so there’s no accountability or concern about poor reviews.
