"The room was ok. It was not cold enough, there weren't enough pillows, and the sofa bed had stains. The breakfast was our biggest gripe. They had none of the normal foods. No bacon, no sausage, no regular eggs (they had some weird cheese omelet), no oatmeal or grits, and the lines for the waffles were ridiculous. The cereal selection was also bad; no good kid options (raisin bran, corn flakes). The hotel has oodles of rooms, but only two waffle makers!! They only had one trash can per floor, which was located right in front of the elevators, and it was always overflowing with pizza boxes, fast food bags, and soda cups. It was all over the floor most of the time and stayed that way until the morning!"
