「The hotel is ideally situated - while not being in an immediately picturesque location, its proximity to the M6, A66 and Penrith North Lakes railway station make it the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Lake District in one direction and Yorkshire in the other. The staff are excellent, particularly in the FYR restaurant: friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is equally impressive and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. 」

「We had a small wedding and booked a room and dinner here with our family on the evening. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We Booked a lake room which I highly recommend.
