「Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard. 」

「The room was spotless, the A/C was running when I got in Which was very nice as it was cold outside, and ended up at 26 degrees in the morning. They had a very nice hot brekfast for a modestly price hotel. Cheese omlettes, with bacon, and all regular fruits, breads etc. The only thing I saw missing was shampoo. 」

「They were okay with me bringing my cat for a couple days. I never got to get in the pool because it was cool but overall I was happy with everything.」
