"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"The apartment was wonderful and the management did a good job. The problem was parking. The information said there was on street parking so I parked on the street. My car was towed because of a festival the next day. After that I struggled to find any parking and ended up at a parking lot about a mile from the apartment. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful.
