Staff were just lovely, room was unique and comfortable and although the location is remote, it was just what we needed to help us relax. Pool amenities were lovely too. 「The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall...

「屋裡有很多壁虎，半夜還會發出很大的叫聲，會把人嚇醒的程度！隔天請飯店來把大壁虎趕走或讓我們換房間，卻只派人來做例行性的打掃，所以隔天晚上又被大壁虎叫聲嚇醒了！ 除了壁虎以外，其他環境氣氛很好，餐點很好吃！」

「A beautiful setting along the south western coast. Small roads lead through a few villages to an isolated setting along the ocean. Villas are sturdy, comfortable, spacious (probably a bit more than necessary) and well equipped. WIFI works but a tad slow. The grounds, pools and public pavilions along the waterfront are quite nice. Landscaping is high quality. The rstaurant (The Lily) is very good and has an excellent small bakery attached. Enjoyed our stay. Will return.」
