"The staff was so very nice and helpful The iron ruined my husband’s dress shirt. Appeared as someone must have dropped it as it leaked water terribly. The bottom had melted something on it that transered on shirt and can’t be worn again "

"Was very easy to check in and out. The room was clean amd tidy for all our needs. Really liked that then offered Coffee, tea, hot cocoa for drinks all day and they even let you pick up any fruit or items that they offered for breakfast in the evening."

"The hotel was no better or worse than I expected. There is construction going on around the property which makes parking a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. However, I was awoken at 4 am by a stranger opening my door. "Oh sorry" he said, "Sorry" and closed it again. I don't know if he was another guest opening my door by accident (but why did HIS room key work on my door? or a staff member, but it was unsettling."

"Beautiful hotel. We arrived early before the check in time and the staff was very accommodating. Later in the evening we had an issue with very loud occupants next door. We were in an an adjoining room and we could hear everything these drunk people were yelling. We went down to the front desk and the staff immediately offered us a new room. I really appreciate that since we had to wake up early for a medical procedure and we needed our rest. The hotel is beautiful and offers great dining options "

"Loved having the Strong museum next door. The only negative is that the bathtub was very very slippery making showering a challenge."
