Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Warning: You're not getting what they sell you

We booked the biggest room and the surface is not near the advertize one. They tell you the room is for 4 people but its clearly for 2. Impossible to sleep at 4 even with young kids. They sell you a king size bed which is a simple double bed. And then they tell you: price is 72 USD with a 50% off promo so now it's 36 USD. But when you see the regular prices on display, you see the regular price is like $12. We tried to settle calmy but they told us they would not do anything. Plus the window is broken...
