「You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!」

「The place was dirty, inside and out. The placed reeked of Marijuana. The outside had high grass that needed to be cut weeks ago. The parking lot had a lot of trash everywhere. The guy told me there will be breakfast, it was 4 honey buns and a few pieces of bread.」

「This hotel is so central in downtown Greenville that you can’t go wrong. Great restaurants all around and Greenville has done with their downtown what other towns want to do.」

「The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.」

「Everything was good. I feel the valet could be more welcoming when you first get there. No one came over to my car when I pulled in. I had to park to the side, get out of my car, and ask what the parking procedure was. That happened both times I have stayed there.」
