「The biggest problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. I own a cleaning business, so I do throughly check. There was a full soda in the freezer, something on the outside and inside of the class shower door, and the outside of the microwave had food and sticky stuff on it. The bath mat wasn’t clean and using them is gross. Bioclean works great for shower doors. 」

「The property was Beautiful and very accommodating. My daughter had an accident during our visit to Puerto Rico , that caused us to extend our stay. The property manager allowed us to check-in late and communicate with us to help with the check-in process. 」
