"Excellent hotel, by far one of the best in Mumbai. The property itself and services are top notch, but in addition, the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed in order to attend their Sunday brunch and it did not disappoint. Great choices and also live singers which created a jolly atmosphere. It is now our go-to hotel when in Mumbai."

"Excellent hotel, first class experience. I availed their butler service to pack my suitcase and they were highly efficient and it was packed beautifully. The breakfast was hugely enjoyable, partly buffet with fruit yogurts, pastries etc. They then offer an a la carte menu where you can order anything you like. It’s all fresh and cooked to order. Pool and spa facilities are available between the Oberoi and the Trident- the neighbouring hotel. Overall a fabulous experience and an oasis of calm from the chaos of Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it as a top hotel choice."
