We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch!
The rooms and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean, and the whole place felt like the perfect little hideaway while still being close to all the great local spots. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
Parking right outside the venue. Excellent warm welcome from Liz. Room and en suite nice and well maintained. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Had to have the windows open as it was a hot day but there was a lot of traffic noise. There was a fan in the room which was noisy and not very effective.
Breakfast was really nice and plentiful.
Great base for visiting local sights, recommend this venue.
The first thing to say is that this guest house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, all of the bedrooms are on the upper floors and there is no lift. I only mention this because it was a problem for us although the management did their best to accommodate us once we made them aware. The room we were given was small and there was very little storage space. However the best was made of the space. There was a kettle and hospitality tray with various teas etc. It was hot and a fan was provided, which helped a lot. There was a brilliant shower and bathroom. Car parking: There is on street parking in front of the hotel and there were plenty of spaces when we arrived. There is more secure parking to the rear of the hotel. The breakfast provided is excellent. There are cereals, juices, yoghurts, pastries and crumpets to name a few to start. After that lot, you can have a full cooked breakfast as well. Superb value! Unfortunately we cannot return due to my wife's disability but I would thoroughly recommend this traditional guesthouse to anyone.
Lovely helpful staff. Super to have use of the kitchen and dining area. Fantastic value for money. Great couple of nights away and cooked breakfast included in the price.
Great little place, rooms were done out really nice, staff were lovely, perfect little place to stay while we were visiting tenby, so many places just a short drive away also for families
Room was clean , not big but just enough for a couple, with small fridge which is really small two 500ml bottles max. Tv with FireStick .
For me the bed was just okay, wife had a really nice sleep on it.
Staff really friendly and attentive.
I'm not sure about these fingerprint locks on the room doors, looks modern and cool but it's a little flimsy and just adds extra time on your check in to register your prints, nothing major tho.
Breakfast is good and plenty.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.
Family friendly with excellent breakfast. Communal kitchen and lounge/ dining area. Extremely helpful staff .
The bedroom had light with emergency lighting which is not conducive to a good nights sleep if you are a light sleeper.
