「Nice location and proximity to good restaurants. Neat and well maintained」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. 」

「Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. 」

「My room was dirty when I arrived they had not cleaned it. Bathroom dirty floor. No shampoo in shower. Microwave dirty. Second day they threw away all my refrigerator food. Took out all my bags to storage even though I had two nights left.」

「The staff was polite but the room wasnt good. To start the entry door latch was loose. Then the bathroom door handle fell off. There was dust on the bathroom counter and the shower floor was uneven, you where standing in 2 inches of water while showering. We didnt voice our concerns with the staff, we just made do.」

「The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of options. Room was clean. My ONLY complaint was to no fault of the hotel, the room above us was very noisy with kids jumping into very late hours of the night interrupting our sleep. The staff were helpful when we approached them giving us a couple options. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!」

「Did not care for the breakfast. If you are a health conscious person, then you will like the breakfast, however, if you like a waffle or pancakes and sausage or bacon during the week you can forget about it, not happening.」

「The hotel staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. My only knock is that the pillow inside the plastic bag had a spot on it and the couch needs to be spot cleaned and the sofa bed mattress replaced. These fixes would move from a four to a five.」
