"The room was clean but seemed a little outdated. The bathroom should have a door on the outside before the sink and not where the commode is. No room to change in privacy. The water took several minutes to get hot. The food in the restaurant was pricey. Should get a discount for food if staying there. No security card entrances for the outside doors. Had to pay for parking."

"No chairs on balcony. No spare trash can liners. Restaurant was not well staffed. One waitress who started she was doing three jobs causing delays in getting our food. All carts were stored on first floor entrance and none at handicap rear entrance. No freezer to keep ice packs necessary for meds. No diet sodas in vending machines. Toilet seat would not stay up kept falling down. Air conditioner stopped working but repaired in a timely manner b staff. No information provided at check in about services available or on site or in ares such as dining or entertainment. A little disappointing. Would revisit . Location was great. Easy access to pier and surrounding beaches."

"The good..great price and great location with plenty of restaurants near by..the bad..not a place for a few days stay. People living there and arguing and fighting all hours of the night..the ugly..nonresponsive staff to ac not working and shower drain clogged..said they would send someone and never did. I had to take drain apart and clean it myself in order to be able to shower..guess you get what you pay for."

"The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was near several excellent restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The only hiccup was when one of the elevators quit working and we had to use the one that was furthest from our room."

"If you like full-sized, NOT QUEEN beds, that are sagging and old and the springs make noise with every movement, this is the hotel for you. This is the only Hampton in memory with beds that remind me of bad hotels from the 80's. The beds were so bad we forfeited our 2nd night and cancelled the 3rd (thank goodness the hotel staff were able to refund us the 3rd night). This hotel is managed by a management company and they are clearly not doing maintenance. The hotel carpet is old and stained and wrinkling and the exterior needs a power wash. Hard to believe that a hotel on such a nice water view property has not been taken care of. We tried staying at all Hilton properties in order to have nice beds and amenities, but Hilton failed with several of their properties. NO MORE, going back to hotels.com and booking the best hotel in the area, not relying on Hilton, this management company is ruining the Hilton brand. When I explained how bad the beds were the staff were totally in agreement and understood that management has been very lax and are completely aware of the shortcomings."

"Easy, friendly check in. Really nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Very nice place to stay and would definitely stay again when in the area. "
