Just stayed one night waiting PCR test results. Ok internet, nice bar area even if smoking is allowed. Transfer to airport possible.

Good for family stay. Good breakfast spread.

Very good breakfast spread. Should try the many eateries along road at rear of hotel esp Gentlemen Cafe. Very friendly and efficient staff. However, check out could have been processed faster. Will definitely stay at Premiere on next visit.

during booking, have request for NON SMOKING ROOMS but upon check in was told, all NON SMOKING ROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. after complaining, they have managed to provide the rooms BUT regretfully, the rooms were SMOKING rooms and smells still lingers even though the rooms were sprayed with air freshener. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Average hotel..

Got a room upgrade to executive room due to fully booked rooms. However my other colleague got a twin bed instead of double bed and did not get any upgrade. The bed and pillow quality was definitely do not reflect a 4 star hotel standard. They can also improve the Air Con thermostat's which is very noisy when auto on/off switched. Breakfast is quite good, did not had the time to try executive lounge. Would I go back when travelling to Pekanbaru? I don't think so...
