"Air conditioning did not work Front desk offered absolutely no instructions or information for hotel amenities. We either had to figure things out on our own ( breakfast , pool towels, gate access to beach, restaurant access) or go and ask. Nice location and property but staff could have been more forthcoming and helpful"

"hotel is very clean and well maintained. The gardens are lovely with plant markers, and we even saw bunnies at night. The boutique has reasonably priced beach clothing. Rooms are comfortable, with eco‑friendly AC that shuts off when you leave. The beach is beautiful, and refillable water stations are convenient if you bring a bottle.
