「friendly staff, clean room, superb location, just a few steps away from the mosque and the main square, but the hotel is on the quieter side of the square, so no noise from tourists! by the way the pizzeria across the street is wonderful too」

「The location is great, literally minutes away on foot from the main sights of Pécs. The room is kind of small though and we were glad we left our suitcases in our hotel in Budapest because they would not have fit into the room. There is a table and chair in our room but I doubt if anyone could sit comfortably on the chair as there is not enough space to pull out the chair entirely. Other than size, it's a comfortable room. There was no kettle but we managed to borrow one from the reception.」

「A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment.
The Pros:
Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent.
The Cons:
Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using.
