"The staff was great; however, the hotel was rundown. Our patio door was open about an inch in every room. We didn't know until we kept seeing bugs everywhere, more than normal. We went looking to see where they were coming from, and both bedrooms and the living room had gaps in the windows. They were separating from the wall. The food was not good, flavorful, yes, good, no. Overall, our stay was below average. "

"Lovely eco resort away from the busier streets. If you want to go elsewhere to eat, shop or spa, you will need to call a Grab which are plentiful and inexpensive. This is a family friendly resort with lots of small children running around. That’s great if that’s what you’re looking for, but may be a bit much if you’re looking for quiet. "

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, you have to take over 200 stairs down to the hotel. I had somebody sleeping outside my door in a cubby. It’s the weirdest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. However, the views were spectacular. I didn’t get in there until late in the evening and it was kind of scary trying to figure out where my room and reception area was. My room smelled the bathroom was located down in a little dungeon area. "
